Hyatt Regency Lisle Near Naperville, Lisle

My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were comfortable but could use updating, and the double beds were smaller than expected. The wait for check-in was a bit inconvenient, and the room got chilly on cooler evenings. On the bright side, the service was excellent, the location was perfect for dining and had a welcoming atmosphere. The dining experience was nice, offering varied options but could have been warmer at times.

After waiting for about 45 minutes to be allowed back into our correct room, we found the small room with contemporary style might need some updating. On the Brightside, the staff was all very professional, polite, and warm, offering services like car hire, dry cleaning, shops/commercial services, and even a welcome drink. The hotel's location is massive, updated, and clean, living up to Hyatt standards, though a bit off the beaten path for daily needs. Dining was not too good, with the need to wait to be seated in the restaurant. Despite this, the hotel does offer traditional regional homemade products.

The hotel offers rooms with a suite-like feel and good size. Despite a slight smell of smoke upon arrival, the room was delicious and spacious. Coffee making facilities included good quality Starbucks coffee. The service was friendly and efficient during check-in and check-out, but lacked a professional attitude and responsiveness to concerns. The location provides room service, ample space for socializing, and quick access to nature walks. The dining experience, although fabulous, could use more variety in meats and fruits. Overall, a great location but might not be ideal for future stays and lacks thorough follow-up on housekeeping requests.
